As far as I know, Tyms pickups are as close to the real deal as you'll get. Use that guitar for the early stuff, use the signature model for the later(Too tough To Die, etc.) stuff. 4x12 cab with greenbacks(or 70's era blackbacks) thru your 100w super lead on early(actually everything!), and JCM800 for the later stuff thru later 80's 4x12 cabs if you want to nail the sound as heard on record and live. Also, you may want to get an actual DiMarzio Fat Strat for the signature model, I'm not sure if it is a real one on the signature model.
