For some reason, I couldn't get that video to work. All I got was the spinning circle.
Somewhere there is a video clip of Iron Butterfly playing on the old Playboy After Hours late night show. Eric Brann with his Mosrite Ventures is plain to see in "living color".

Trent,
It seems to be working, but Paul (Veenture) posted a 'still' pic of I.B. further down the Thread.
And as far as the Playboy VID CLIP? I had posted that after I saw Bruno's posting pic of Erik Brann
with his Mosrite. I tried looking for it, but the "Search" Function and I don't get along too well  .
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

And Paul, how did you manage to catch that picture in order to post it  ? Whenever I would try something like that, it would always end up playing the entire VID  . Someone needs to show me that trick  .............

Hey Dennis, Mr Bill showed us that trick already...further up the thread :o I'll quote him here: "if you pause the video and then grab the little handle on the slider bar below the screen, you can move to any point in the video. This makes stopping on the opening screen easier" . I did the exact same thing and while the video was on "PAUSE", I made a screen grab, copied and pasted it in my "PAINT" application where I cut it down to size and then saved it to my hard disc. The rest was standard procedure using Photobucket... ;)

Keep on tryin' ...(and rockin')
Paul

...not really gplayer, when you're used to designing making your own home-made cd inlays all the time... :)

Now there was a time a back in the 80's you could buy Thomas Organ vox amps for I swear 50 bucs yes I know solid state blah blah, play a Berkley or a Buckingham piggy back from this era and you will be converted! (and save some money) plus the reverb is divine the trem. is great and the fuzz is sick!.. geranium fuzz over load!

...don't get me wrong Brutus, I just meant to say that you're too young to be one of the guys in the video pic.! :( Love Vox too and wish I had a vintage Vox AC30. I've been 'pestering' the guy I used to work at the office many a time for the one he has and used to play on but ...no such luck.
He'll be keeping it for his (very) young son -which is a good thing of course.

Ok, I did think that it could be IB, but I didn't recognize anyone in that shot. And I didn't even see the organ!

That's because Erik Brann was not in the pic, but Danny Weis (original guitarist) was. And Bill, I'm not convinced
that the Bassist is Lee Dorman in the pic either, but might be the original Bassist Greg Willis. If you look closely
on the left side, you can just make out Organist Doug Ingle's arm. The pic of the Drummer is too far away to tell
if that is Jack Pinney or Ron Bushy  .......
