Over the years I have come to appreciate and love Gerry McGee's playing even more and more; I agree, blilliant indeed.
Gerry also did quite a number of projects with Dr. K, otherwise known as Hirofumi Tokutake
Cool coloured Mosrites and attire those Japanese players have!

Yeah, it was an All-STAR Cast from Japan (including the Ventures in '98) and I haven't a clue
who half the other guitarists were, but they are well known in Japan in their own right.

The one with the red Jaguar is Sheigo Kana from The Surfcasters. (check out their album Misirlou 10th anniversary edition) You can download it off of some blogs
The one with the glasses is Dr. K Project. I dont know much about him, but i like the videos that i've seen. It's a shame that Takeshi Terauchi wasnt there!

Hey Folks, just went back and watched the 1st VID that Mike had posted........
Did anybody notice anything peculiar with both bands playing 'Walk Don't Run?'
BTW, that's a hint right there.......

Maybe ? modified fender Don wilson was playing, Marshal amps, all fender's for the U. S. and Japan made mosrites for japan.
