Roy Clark is another one of those great multi-talented musicians ...and happy-making...and fast... players. Although not on a Mosrite, not any less enjoyable! ;)



(He plays fiddle and banjo too...and not half bad either) Watching him play with just the plectrum gives me new hope ...I can't finger pick! :roll:

I agree - another one of those D.C. area pickers that ranks up there among the great (Danny Gatton, Roy Buchanan, etc). Have caught Roy Clark's shows several times - he's just a good entertainer.

I enjoyed watching him alot on Hee Haw back in the day....he sure could get around on a guitar......fun to watch.......

Well you did get Buck Trent in there with a Mosrite. Did you know that he (Buck Trent) went to work with Roy Clark after he left Porter. It would have been back in 1974 if my memory servers me right.

Another kid who watched Roy Clark on HeeHaw right here! Saw him live too, around '74 or '75.

Yeah, Roy did a great job on ghost riders also herd him on T.V. a long time ago.

I saw Roy play in person right here at the Cortland Country Music Park where I play almost every month. He put on a great show. That would have been back in the 80's.
