I've got a one piece aluminum flip mute bridge on my MeshuggaMark. It's got more clarity and attack than the roller bridge since the whole thing is one piece. You do lose the intonation adjustment, which I find is only an issue on the unwound G, and even then not a terrible issue. As a bonus I've even got the mute working pretty well. Both Hallmark and Ed Elliott make this style of bridge, which has the same post spacing as the roller style.
For pickups, the standard Hallmarks are good, the handwound M3 and Elliotts are tops.
