Replacement bridge for Fillmore Mosrite
Any suggestions for a suitable replacement bridge for my Fillmore Mosrite (http://www.mosriteforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2440) without the string spacing getting wierd? Thanks!

These are pretty darn inexpensive and are a direct drop in replacement. I have one and it fits an original Moseley base plate and Hallmark post spacing as well as the same string spacing.

Looks like the one Olav has on his great lefty clone. He was pretty unimpressed with it. But it still might be what I'm looking for.
But for me, the price with shipping to Sweden and all will more accurately end up at fifty-something dollars with toll expenses and all.
The reason for replacing this bridge is not because it's bad. But rather because some of the slots in the screws are worn out. And strange enough, finding screws that fit this thing is really really really hard in this country.
Any more suggestions?

How about if one of us mails you some new screws?

That would be terrific Sarah!
Only thing is that I'd have to read up a little on international bank transfers.
But I think I could manage that.

Re: Replacement bridge for Fillmore Mosrite
From what I've read it your post it sounds like you just need the intonation screws. Is that right? If so, how many?

Heck Sarrah, just send him six screws with self locking nuts, postage can't be that much can it? Maybe 5.00 bucks at the most.

I know, that's what I'm thinking as well. I just need to be sure what it is he's needing.

I think a quick fix is to slot the screws with a small file or a hacksaw. Just file /saw a slot instead of the phillipshead.
If you carefully intonate it will work like a charm for years

ROCK ON!
