An other option is to use your dremel and a set of feeler gouges

You can also round the bottom first before grinding the teeth.

Its not my pic... I only have filed the gouges I needed. But it is very simple just make some cuts and it works fine on bone,plastic aluminum etc. If you think its cutting too slow make some more cuts. I filed mine with a triangular file (saw teeth)

Thanks to this post, I got the exact same tip cleaner, and it's a fantastic nut slotting tool :)
Now I need to find some saw blades, or I might just mod my feeler gauge as shown.

I got Dan Erlwine's "how to make your guitar play great" in the post yesterday, in the back are cardboard versions of stewmac's radius gauges :)

Yeah the file is in there too. Haven't used it yet though.
