Thanks a lot Dubtrub ;) (i was reading your buiding bass thread earlier ,fantastic job ;) )
in fact i will machine it cause foundry is not safe at home
at my work i can use aluminium scraps and a milling machine (non cnc)
me too i have no program to make drawing on computer (i try to use inscape but it is not easy i am not a computer guy  )
but it help a lot with pics and with some savant scaling i could mesure some distance :?
if you can, the best is pics with no distortions (really face pics with no perspective) with a mesurement on
cause with one or 2 mesurement i will arrived to have lot of imformation
Mel help me a lot (thanks again) i have 80 % drawing (not the final but the beguin) done
at this time the drawing help me to understand how it work and how i to do to make a things that look like but not a clone ,miss again some mesurement but i try to find them
Image
to have the good lever arm ,the right distance between the pivot and the base ,cause if it is not think before i will have some surprise when i have to do the assembly
i have to adapt the bearing size cause i have find some bearing close to b36 but narrower 5 mm thickness instead of 9 mm and it is ball bearing not needle bearing
i have to buy also a spring i find on the bay (but i have the dimentions)
cause it will be machined i am thinking of etching for the mark in in the place of moseley i will put ludobag and instead of mosrite of california mosrite of burgundia
if i can for sure but then i am sure i will not make a fake ;)
after when i will have all the mesurement and be sure sure it work i have to think how to do the differents parts(ten years scince i have touch a milling machine  )
now i have the arm at scale only to cut it in rought aluminium
Image
then with that i will have the larger of it ect.....
no really accurate but i don't know where to find a mosrite at this time near me :|

the smallest ball bearing i find at work are
od 12 x id 6 x w 5 mm
i don't know if i go with cause i must adapt the plate to ,or if i search some like B36 but i will not be easyer i think to buy 2 bearing :|
also i find some scarps to make it ,a plate of aluminium of 25 mm 250 mm x 100mm with that i can do the plate and the rocking part
and another 250 mm x 70 mm but too much thick more or less 50 mm to make the arm i will search tomorow if i can find something less tick or if i have to cut this one
i have to order the spring that i have find on bay and look at for the bearing and continue the plan with 2 versions
one for bearing that i have at work and another more accurate with b 36
i find that

really near :ugeek:

then i continue to search scraps of aluminium and i think i find the good one for the arm ;) 200 x 50 mmx 10 mm
i have talk to my collegues who works on cnc maybe i can make the base on the cnc (much easyer to make the all shape )but if not a no cnc milling machine is better than a hand saw and a file
i must finish my plan soon but i have to find the bearing too (the site where i find them doesn't answer on phone ,this is a thing i dislike cause if they are not in stock i think i can't wait for long  )
also i have and old vintage trem from teisco or klira or framus ?
that i would exchange for a mosrite trem

I will do what I can to help, but I cannot name the measurements with the info you provide. To make it simple, on you drawing give each measurement you desire a letter A,B,C etc. That way I can give you the measurements for each lettered item.
