Kasanova Guitars-Chainsaw Prototype(Build Thread)

Hello, everybody! I will be building my first guitar in the coming weeks. The "Chainsaw" model
(sorry for the shotty photoshop job) I dont have the original MK II pickups ive been gathering materials for, so i will be using Mini-humbuckers for the prototypes. Thanks to everybody for the measurements, and i will post pictures as i begin

Just ordered a slew of parts today! I decided to go with a pair of Kent Armstrong Black Mini Humbuckers (closest thing ive seen to the original Mk II pickups)

Finally, i have some pictures for you lovely people.
I ordered a "Mosrite/Jazzmaster replacement bridge" and stop tailpiece on ebay. The replacement bridge was about 25 bucks and looks very similar to the hallmark bridge.
I also ordred some Pearl Top UFO guitar knobs. Here's what it all looks like
also, if anybody wants a body template, PM me and i'll see what i can do!

also made this up, going to send it away to some fabrication service here in town. I was told 10 to 15 bucks per unit

Coming along nicely Mick! And I find this picture to be rather interesting...a modern art composition worthy of getting a nice frame so you can hang it up on a wall
