Well.....[size=85][size=50][size=150][/size][/size][/size].I used some of the measurements and ideas from this forum and made a vibrato from some scrap aluminum I had layin' around. I dont know how it's going to work, I just had to give it a try.....It it functional. Thought about casting one, but thats a little out of my league. Anyway.....I have an old junk body and neck, so I think I will try it on that before I go any farther....................

That was the only spring I had.......where do I find a "Beefy" one ?

I put 11's on my Ventures Mosrite and I had to replace the existing vibrato spring as the arm was barely an inch above the pickguard.
I got mine off ebay. It works like a charm. It's now two inches above the pickguard.

I think Bob Shade at Hallmark probably has the regular springs. His guitars are awesome, too.

i can get springs too, you might want to try your smaller home improvements stores.
