Joe Venture Model almost there!!!

Hey folks, been ages!
A long running project is nearing completion so...
Here's a quick pic of what I've been calling my "Joe Venture" Model (mostly) Mossie, which is an amalgamation of a 68-69 Joe Maphis Bass Body and a 65 Ventures Neck with M3 California P'ups and Shade Bridge and Trem...

Rebinding the body has REALLY slowed things up...a previous job left really unsuitable channels but two tries later it's now multi-ply bound (think Teisco Spectrum 5) and all sealered up.
Now I just have to decide what to do finishwise...pretty set still on clearcoating the back but are torn on the top! The Bass Side of this whole switcharoo is out getting paint now, pics soon there too!
Thanks also to Bob Shade and the M3 Fellows for the new bits to get 'er going!!
(Also also if anybody wants to snoop there's a bunch of pics in my Instagram feed of other Axes I've put together for myself and others!)
Oh, and yeah...she plays like a dream and sounds delightful!
Thanks,
Andy
