Hello Mosrite bass owners,

could someone PLEASE tell me the exact scale length of a Mosrite Ventures bass neck...?

I know that it is "30.25 inches" but I'd like to know the exact distance from the zero fret to the 12th fret and, if possible, from the zero fret to the 20th fret.
Great would be a measurement as pictured here (in millimeters, please): from the middle of the fret to the middle of the fret. The pictured neck is a '65 Ventures II neck that has - as generally known - a scale length of 24.5 inches. Well, it has, nearly ;)

Thanks a lot,
cheers,
Max

Well I went and measured mine (I'm told and you can see pics that it is a "real" 65 Ventures Mosrite. From the middle of the zero Fret here is what I have.
Zero to 12th = 15 & 1/8" exactly --- 384.175 mm
Zero to 20th = 20 & 3/4" exactly --- 527.05 mm

Hello Curly, thanks a lot!
OK, if 0-12 is 15 1/8 inches the scale length seem to be actually 30 1/4 inches ;)
