Neck Bolt Plates needed

Does anyone know where i can find two Mosrite neck bolt plates for a double neck? It has the flush mount brass screw inserts so it likely was made without plates but I'm hoping to add them during a restoration. Thanks Jason

Sarah used to make the insert washers. Maybe she could help, or know a source, also check with Bob Shade, both here on the forum.
