The handle on my Mosrite case broke some years ago and I would really like to replace it if possible. If anyone knows where to find a replacement handle I would appreciate it. Also, would really like to check my serial number to determine the year of manufacture. It's a 1966 Ventures model type 1.Thanks for your help.

I get all sorts of handles from Ohio Travel Bag, but if you only need the one handle I would suggest that you search eBay for a Fender case handle in brown. I think that you can also get one of these from Antique Electronics or Angela.

It will be difficult to replace the old mounts, so just replacing the plastic handle insert will probably be the better way to go. Do you have any experience in setting rivets? If not, then small nuts and bolts will work with a little thread locker.
