Why do I get the sense that mommy and daddy paid for what you broke?

I'm sure there's something cathartic about smashing a guitar, but next time you're thinking of destroying functional musical equipment, how about donating it to the local school music program? Maybe it's not so "punk" or "cool", but charity is a much more powerful statement than smashing things.

I'd probably do that. I'd only smash a guitar if it was really a worthless plank that was broken beyond repair... Kind of like my Global acoustic... But then again, Maybe I could use that guitar for some CAKE tones even though the bridge is "collapsed" from string tension. I'd just have to make a muting device for the strings.
