Postby connie_mack » Wed Jan 13, 2010 7:09 am

i used my ventures model for the solo cause i needed that whammy bar.

it was hard getting the "right" tone though. much more suited for the dark sounding surf thingee......

'partscaster' for the other stuff.

thanx for watching..........

Hey, that's sounds good! You've got that country twang down pat! Thanks for posting the link.

Great playing connie_mack! The sounds you produce are closer to Nokie Edwards' Mosrite-twang with The Ventures but your style also reminded me of Don Rich (Buckaroos) playing on his trusted old Telecaster. Love 'em both :D

Connie Mack,

Very funny how the images juxtapose with the lyrics, the irony was not lost on me. (LOL!!!!!)

Nice 6 string & pedal steel too, did you sing it as well?

Sounded good and I made a CD for my mother some years ago and it was all done setting in front of the computer also. I have Cool Edit Pro that I used.
Maybe we should see if at some time all the NYS Mosrite members could get together.
