Wow, could have swore it was a metallic. It's hard to tell looking at the 'WDR '64' album cover but after pulling out 'Knock Me Out' with the headstock clear as day, you are correct sir...my apologies. :oops:

Sky blue...get on it ;)

Hey, Vibramute--

Yep; that bottom blue color is the one my friend had, and probably still has. He hadn't played the bass in years but wouldn't sell it because of its sentimental value to him.

That is an interesting blue, I like it quite a it. I think it not being metallic adds to the coolness.

BMW uses a color on some of their cars called "laguna seca blue"....it's that color blue spot on...you can see it from a mile away.

Basses are on schedule now and will be available in Dec.

Pre-orders will be accepted in Nov.

Yes, the 60 Custom basses are in production now. The reason we do not have them up on the site is because we made a couple of modifications to the model before running. We will have the machines string guides, adjustable polepiece screws, and side jacks on some.

So the best thing to do is to wait until we have correct pictures. I will see in the meantime if I can post a nice pic of the prototype.
