New member from Montenegro

Postby flajer » Tue Apr 28, 2009 8:00 am

Hi,
new guy here!

I'm 36 years old guy from Montenegro, Europe (ex Yugoslavia).
My english is not so good, but it will be your problem, don't you think? :D

I'm long time Mosrite fan. Absolutely in love with Mosrite Ventures models.
However, love for Mosrite guitars came from listening to bands such as: MC5, Hellacopters, Sewergrooves...

Montenegro is wonderful. I visited several years ago and it was the highlight of my longer sojourn. However, swimming in the Adriatic in October is a pretty easy sell to anyone from Alaska. Welcome to the forum!

How Mosrite gets around, yeah!
Many of the older guys here like myself were first attracted to Mosrite through THE VENTURES who really made the guitar hit the big time. Later guitar heroes playing Mosrites like Johnny Ramone (THE RAMONES), Kurt Kobain (NIRVANA) and some others account for the younger Mosrite fans out there so it's interesting to read how you got to meet your Mosrite (do you play/have one?). Hope my English isn't too bad for ya! :D .........Welcome flajer.

I didn't mentioned Ramones and Nirvana because that would be obvious choice:)

Nicke Anderson from Hellacopters have few mighty Wosrite models made by Tim.
I don't have Mosrite but few weeks ago I bought beautiful Hallmark Custom 60.

handbrake,

here in this part of Europe (Mediteran - Italia, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro...) swimming season in october is usual even for me :)

I swam at Sveti Stefan in the first week of October 2002 (I think?). It was not crowded.

Thanx for warm welcome, guys...

I swam at Sveti Stefan in the first week of October 2002 (I think?). It was not crowded.

In october there is no so many tourists at beaches. But, Montenegro has rather large coast...
I go to swim mostly on weekends until end of october.
