Hello, I'm new to the forum. I stumbled upon this page last night, and absolutely love it! Good to see so many Mosrite fans in one place! I have 2 Mosrites, I have a 60's mark V, and an acoustic serenade (balladeer)...

Oh, and just saw that I'm suppose to tell you where I'm located...sorry. I live in the Cincinnati area in northern Kentucky...originally from Arizona.

Welcome, Welcome! I'd like to hear your opinions of the Acoustic guitar, How is it as a player? I don't hear about them very often.

Thank you for the greetings! The acoustic is such a beautiful guitar! I'd been searching for one for quite sometime, but as you all probably know, they are hard to come by. I got it from a very nice man in Tennessee who was a close friend of Semie. He had so many pics and stories about the two of them. Anyway, mine has the speedneck on it, which I was told is referred to as the "balladeer" model, but I can't confirm it. Inside the sound hole it says it's a serenade. I'm not sure if all Mosrite acoustics had these necks, or just this certain model? I can only find VERY minimal information on the internet, so if anyone knows anything more about them, I'd love to hear about it. All I really know about them is the very small amount I've found online, what the gentleman who sold it to me told me about it, and my experience with it. All I can say is that if I saw another one, I'd do everything in my power to get it. I've never played an acoustic that plays as easily as my Mosrite. I'm going to try to put a few pictures up, but not sure how it works on here...

I can't figure out how to post the pictures, I even tried posting them on photobucket so I had a URL...can anyone tell me how to get them on this page? Haha, I'm horrible with these things...
