Hello forums! and surfcat!
I too am in Houston, and am involved in a spacerock type project where the surf music style is always present, waiting in the wings if not up front. Its a fun project where we have projections and a loose flexible melodic grid to follow in our improvisational explorations. There is only two of us, guitars, but we also employ a huge arsenal of other instrumentation: theremin, synths, Koasilators, vocal effects, echoplex, loops (Boomerangs), percussion (SPD-S) almost like a a fun arms race.
Thank you for letting me participate here!
