Hello from Saint-Petersburg, Russia!

I'm a sort of guitar player in my band Freddie & the Drillers and a big
fan of guitar sound, have a little collection of them, but nothing
special. As The Ventures is one of my favourites the Mosrite was
a thing I was thinking of, in fact my first guitar was 'custom made'
Mosrite replica, but it sounded awful Now I'm collecting money
for a real thing and meanwhile would like to find more information
on Mosrites and related stuff, in particular would like to get some advice
on improving the sound of my Hallmark Batwing.

Welcome! I had not heard anything about the sound of the Batwing...cool looking guitar, unfortunate that the sound isn't to your liking.

Will see what can be done, Hallmark is a trusted name, so probably there's something with setup.
I've got it second hand and had a huge problem with getting outta tune, but after cleaning and
oiling roller bridge it seems to be better now
