I was at a little guitar/luthier's shop here in Omaha, and there was a guy polishing a sparkle finish on guitar body. I said cool UNIVOX he said..no it's mosrite...and I was like duh..I knew that.
it was an old body the super curvey one not the Ramones style one.So I've been looking at sparkles on the TDPRI forums and stuff.
So I got home and was surfing the net a little bit, looked at the Hallmark website and remembered seeing those swept wing guitar a few years agao, and figured out there was some controversy about Mosrite's and all, and I saw they made ink blues guitars, and I saw those big overwound single coil pickups and anyway I decided to sign up, and thought I could check out some build threads or whatever.

Welcome to the Forum!
There's probably more info here than anywhere else in the world about Mosrite guitars.
There are also some amazingly talented luthiers who are members that have posted their examples, you've probably found some of them by now.
Anyway enjoy the forum.
But watch out, the more time you spend here the more you may want to get a Mosrite! LOL

thanks for the nice welcome everyone.
Coincidentally out of the blue today, I was watching the brady bunch on ME TV ...my wife loves that show and I was trying to cheer her up. And low and behold Greg was playing a guitar, and it looked like a silver or light metallic green Mosrite to me. It was the episode where he got caught smoking...

I saw that too !! It was a metallic green Mosrite and had the writing on the headstock blurred out.
