Greetings!
A hundreds of guitars have passed thru my hands, but for some reason, none of them was Mosrite or even a copy of one.
Well, I thought this forum will be the right place to begin.

Cheers,
Darko

Thanks guys!
I'll spend some time going thru the topics, if you don't mind, there's so little I know about those cool guitars.
Cheers,
D

Thanks guys!
This '84 Mosrite (and that's the only info about it) popped on our local web market today. Asking price is $2000.
I have seen 2 pickups models, bot not 3 pickups and 3 mini toggles. Has it been modified?
Will you be so kind and help me identify it?

Welcome!

That is an American model from 1984 (also referred to as the VIII). No, it hasn't been modified although it is in rough shape (missing the arm and maple neck plate, etc). Most likely an NC serial number instrument. Mosrite actually shipped quite a few of these to your neck of the woods way back when.

Cheers,
Adam

Thanks Adam!
Not sure if I'm willing to pay $2000 for any guitar in that condition.
Checked the other American/VIII threads, after your post, visually, everything looks original on the white.
There's something like 'Mosrite forever Samie Moseley' handwritten on the back of the headstock.
