Hi, Mosrite Forum members,
I'm a 61 year old male, married, live in Illinois. I own several guitars, including one Mosrite, which was my first guitar. It's a Celebrity 3 hollow body 12 string that I purchased new in 1968 at the C.V. Lloyd Piano Co. in Champaign, IL. I believe that the guitar may be a 1967 model. I've seen several pictures of this model on this forum, as well as other web sites. There are a couple things that make my guitar different from all others I've seen. All the other Celebrity 3 models I've seen have 2 control knobs; mine has 4. The other thing is the head stock; mine is black, whereas all the others I've seen are natural/blond. I also have the original case, the Mosrite strap, and a small Mosrite catalog. If it's possible, and anyone is interested, I can post some pics here.
I look forward to being a member of the Mosrite Forum, and engaging with other Mosrite enthusiasts.
