Looking for a japanese/clone mosrite

Hello all

I'm new here but have been reading topics for awhile. I am in the UK and after many years of buying cheap guitars (squiers mostly) I am now ready to get my first real quality instrument and have always loved the look and feel of the japanese mosrites. I have played acouple of these in Manchester a couple of years ago but couldn't afford one at the time. I really loved the skinny necks and slim frets. I have tried usa/mex fenders and a couple of gibsons/epiphones but they just didnt do it for me.

I was looking into the Hallmarks but I understand they have more Fender type necks, which im not really after.
If anyone has/ or is thinking about selling a japanese mosrite please get in touch! Im in the UK (Manchester area) but will travel for the right instrument. I would also be open to buying from the US/Japan/other if anyone is interested?

Thanks all :D

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to look at the Dillion Mo-looking guitars. 'Bought one in '05 and it was so nice (after a serious setup and fret-ends-filing), it was stimulus for getting a real Mk I.

'Wrote a review on it which is in here somewhere; use the search function. Best of fortune.
