To me, it all looks like a highly modified, 1965, USA made, mark 1, Mosrite Ventures model.

The switch and jack are Switchcraft, and the pots are Centralabs. The pickups look like typical Mosrite epoxied bottom units from the 60's.

With a little... no make that a lot of work, it could be made back into a real Mosrite.

How much is he asking for this?

It might not be polite to discuss the price here. But it is less than a mint one by at about a half or fourth.

If anyone wants to guess what it is worth, feel free. I would aprecieate the input.

Well, a mint one ('65), with NO Alterations, could range anywhere from $2,500 to $5,000, depending upon how Original the guitar is, the case, does it have any Original candy with it (i.e. Strap, Hang Tags, Warranty Card, Cable, Keys, etc). It also will depend upon what the seller feels that it is worth and how much the buyer is willing to spend, so......
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

If you go by the value of the parts - the pickups are worth at least $100 each (assuming they work) the Moseley tailpiece at least $200, probably more than $300, the pickguard, pots and knobs are all in at least $100, you're probably looking at $500-$600, maybe $700 on the high end. If the headstock is repaired, the neck becomes worth something, since it's the real deal with a serial number. A replacement body would probably cost $300 or so plus the cost of finishing it. I think this could be restored to a nice guitar.

the tail piece's worth would probably be on the low end. The chrome is warn in several places.

It is a working guitar. Neck plays great.
