@ Dorkrock:
I looked at the GC/Smothers Brothers video again more closely...it certainly does like it has (I expect) a "TS" inlaid on the fretboard in the same position, undoubtedly it is the same guitar I'd guess! Cool.

LOL...what a cool coincidence!
Makes you wonder that since Glen was playing about a half dozen different Mosrites at that time, if he had one made for Tommy and had it personalized like his. Tommy was playing Guilds back then...and...he owed the SB huge for getting him the summer show, which turned in to the GCGH which in turn ROCKETED him and a fledgling guitar company called Ovation to the top.

Rick, I am going to try to get in contact with Tommy, to see what the story behind this guitar is. He is old school, so I think there is a chance he will respond.

Re: Can someone help me ID Glen's acoustic Mosrite?
I am thinking that Glen had two of these Mosrite Balladeres.
If you look at this picture...

That is a totally different pickguard.
This black and white of Glen on the tracks was taken on Jan 1, 68
This song, that the above still was taken from, came off the Wichita Lineman album that was released in November of 68.
Doesn't make much sense that Glen would change out the pickguard and then put it back on when he got rid of the guitar, that is currently in the Musicians HOF.
Seems that he had two.
