Source for a pickup ring / bezel / surround / mount?

Title says it all... looking for a pickup ring (using 'ring/bezel/surround/mount' since the terminology for that part in guitarland is highly inconsistent!)

My resto project came to me with a home-made pickup ring on the original pickup... somebody - badly - cut a ring out of a chunk of plexiglass, and that itself even crumbled as the guitar was disassembled.

I've poked around innerwebz and no quick result on Mosrite repro rings.. I maybe know place to scrounge some parts that could include those rings, but trying to chase down all the options. I certainly have ideas about fabbing a replacement that looks much closer to orig than the thing that was on there too but it would be a whole mini-project added to the main event and there's already plenty to do purely with the refinish part of the job...
