Yes Veenture, it is a problem, and since it is actually someone else's guitar I am hesitant to ask if I can just go over and play it.
On another note , I see that you just got your two-tone burst strat 57RI. Congratulations !!! A beautiful guitar i'm sure. I actually ordered one of those back in 1986 and they were out of stock (@ Rythem City in Atlanta) so the guy offered me a limited edition "Mary-Kay" which I still have. It has aged quite well and is now a pale yellow under the right lights. I have, since then aquired a baja Tele and of course the Hallmark, so the strat doesn't see much action. Have you noticed that the neck pick-up on the Hallmark can "out-strat" the strat. And it's georgeous to boot.

Hey Don, maybe it's worth trying to pursuade your g. tech to let you have that Mosrite under condition that you will have to give it back again if and when the owner comes back for it? Naw, I guess not...what if the owner sobers up...LOSTVENTURE wrote:...//...The owner seems to have some substance abuse problems and we don't know whether he'll remember that he left the instrument with the tech or not. It's probably better that the guitar stays where it is for the time being. Don
