They do exist, and I spotted one in Albany NY back in the mid 90's at Drome Sound on Central Ave. Infact one of the guys on UF forum bought it. I took pictures of it, and played it to give him a report(it was stung up righty) but same upside down trem and reveresed body and headstock logo. It was a sunburst non ventures model. You are right with the counting on one hand though! not many around for sure. I will see if I can dig up the old photo's of it I took. (pre digital camera days).
