Speaking as an owner of both, either one would be a great score! The Combo really suits my finger-picking/jazz/full-body sound, but you can't go wrong with either one.

That Combo is a late late '65 or a very early '66. As already mentioned, this has the 'full trem-vibrato system' on it. Sometime in FEB or March of '66,
Semie switched to the 2 piece (bridge and half trem) set up. But the ONE thing that DEFINITELY makes this model a late '65 - early early '66, is that
the F-hole does not have the Binding. Should you decide to buy the Combo, leave it the way it is....all original
