Great pictures, guys!
The links Mel posted described the '88s as having greater than 25 inch scale lengths. Is this true? If so, do you notice a greater "twang factor" with them compared to the 24.75 in length on the Mark 1?

ouipunkguy, I've got one of "The Ventures" Jazzmasters. Ash body and Seymour Duncan pickups with a simplified wiring scheme-neck PU, both PU, bridge PU, vol. and tone. Nice guitar. I play it frequently.

LewdDude-beautiful sunburst on that '87 V
Keep those pictures coming on, Gang.

Perhaps I didn't start documenting auctions when that green M88 sold. I didn't find it in my archive although I still have pictures of the blue M88 which is also a one of a kind. Semie played a V88 that looked like this in the Japan 1991 concert. Same color and there was artwork in the same place.

I resized the jam pics from page 2 by 50%, but i still see the big ones. It may take a bit to apply? let me know and I will just remove them completely.

LOL, no it's not my band! This was just a bunch of Ventures fans in the North East USA who gathered in a rented studio a bunch of years ago to Jam. I am the dude in the green hat and blue shirt. I owned that Japanese Lucite Mosrite for years! The white Ventures Bass is my Fathers(will be mine, but I am in no rush ;-) ). There were two bass players that showed up. We all rotated from Guitars, Bass, Drums... musical chairs!

This is my band at the link below! Mistakes and all! gotta love youtube! you can run, but you can't hide! LOL It's the Green M88 that I am playing, and the amp is a '65 Twin Reverb Custom 15 with no pedals. one guitar, one cable, one amp! Volume on 10...
