I heard of GPC like a few months ago. You guys here of them? They make some Mosrite copies and the granddaddy of em all The Ramones model. Im looking at this one alot and kinda wanna buy one. Guy, do me a favor, look it over and use you unlimited guitar knowy-ness and tell me if they are good.

I've not heard of GPC guitars before. Are they readily available in shops?

I'd prefer the traditional Mosrite headstock shape though. Hallmark is closer...

First of all, Welcome....In the future, before posting a subject with a question, you might want to use
the 'SEARCH' Function which is located in the upper right section of our screen to check if this subject
might of already been brought up. The answers might already be there for you.

believe they have finally found a 'Mosrite Forum' to shout out their questions at

Dennis is right...and that goes for some of us older members here too! I stand guilty of not having used the search button either or my response would've been different...
Of course the Mosrite Forum had/has info on GPC!!...

Yes, in the 90's the Guitarpunk website not only sold the GPC's but was pretty much the only US distributor of the Kurokumo Japanese Mosrites. They carried the complete line -I know, I bought 2 guitars and some accessories from them. Flav, the guy mentioned in the previous thread, was a heck of a nice guy and very knowledgeable about Japanese Mosrites.
