I don't consider this a Mosrite clone but there are some vague similarities. To me, the shape is more like a Strat. The neck is wider than a Mosrite or a Hallmark but it does sound good. Considering the price, it's a nice guitar.

I have a VM-110 Sbrst that I got brand new off ebay for a ridiculous price. Its a well-made guitar for the price, sounds OK. Its safe to say that its no Mosrite. PUs are a little thin sounding and tinny - may be the strings. Here's yours truly picking this guitar hybrid style (pick + fingers) on a Nokie Edwards composition, Dont Say Goodbye, from the Last Album on Liberty by the Ventures (bridge PU, original cheapo strings). The "u" in my last name is a typo:
