The Kurokumo Mosrites can still be ordered through Kevin Zamm. Here's a post by Dennnis where he lists his prices.

NO! The only side jack would be a '63.

Oh right, duh. Guess I wasn't using my brain. It's just the Super Excellent 65 has a lot of early Mosrite features, like the Spun Knobs and the Vibramute trem.

I'm not sure Kurokumo still offers the '63. Fillmore offers the bound body '63 sidejack and can be ordered through Front Porch Music listed elsewhere on the forum.
