The top photo looks like the shop on Miner Street in Oildale across the street form Standard elementary school. Vincent I believe this is the building where I first met Semie in '58. and where I took you during our visit last year. If you'll recall the building was gone and the lot blacktop paved over.

The center two photo's are of one of the two building at the 'P' Street factory. This is the one Ed Elliott commented about in another posts where he worked.

The bottom photo looks to be 'possibly' the area where the Panama Lane shop was located, but as far as I know, that building is still standing last time I was by there. Unless I have the location wrong as I was only there one time in about 1962. They have built a couple of homes there and the old building is in the back yard of one of them.

That's really interesting about how the 'speed neck' with a 39mm nut came about. It was designed for Semi's first wife!
