I have a pretty good idea that's Johnny Ramones golden MK II given from the man himself to Eddie Vedder. It was originally blackish-brown and used as a backup, and later finished in gold. Check out the Ramones "Substitute" video for more ;) Or this: http://rockometer.com/ramones/g_brown.html

Hey yeah it does look more golden now you mention it and after a google search I can safely say that guy is Eddie Vedder. Looks like your right man :D mystery solved

The original gold guitar belonged to a friend of mine, Johnny sold it to him several years ago, came with the strap too. As I recall, it still had the strings on it from the final Ramones show. Not sure where the guitar is now, as the owner passed away this past year. Fillmore used this guitar to copy the gold signature model. Eddie Vedder never owned this guitar, but did own at least one Fillmore VII, a one pickup model I believe. I couldn't tell if the guitar in the video is a Fillmore signature model, or the genuine article. Can't see the neck pickup or headstock well enough to see for sure. Eddie does own quite a bit of Ramones gear/memorabilia, but not Johnnys gold guitar. The guy that runs www.rockometer.com found a gold signature model at a guitar store in SF, which I promptly bought, has all the case candy too.

The white guitar belongs to Daniel Ray, and is probably on loan still to the R&R HOF. If you go to the youtube page listed above, there is a link to a Johnny interview from 2003, probably one of his last. It's classic Johnny, check it out.

Taking a second look at the gold/yellow guitar it doesn't seem to have the 'Ventures II' headstock decal and the neck puckup appears to be a mini 'bucker... looks like we are looking at a Fillmore after all. I'm still quite curious about the colour though, never seen one in yellow (if it even is yellow and not gold) before.

I think it's gold, just looks weird in the light.
