I just checked my Hallmark cases and they are marked TKL on the storage compartment pull tab.

TKL is the parent company of the more custom shop - Cedar Creek Cases. I'm pretty sure that's where the Hallmark cases come from.

This is getting a little far from Elaine Frizzell--but I had a Wilson Bros. VCM2003 guitar a few years ago that came in a dark brown alligator case with "Ventures" stenciled in gold on the lid, and white plush lining cut to the shape of the guitar. I always assumed that since the guitar came from Japan, the case did too.
