Semie made Ramones Mosrite

In the book Ramones "An American Band"; there is pic of Semie presenting Johnny with a Mosrite Ramones model prototype.

Actually, that guitar was going to Italy to a fan, according to Loretta. Johnnys main wish for his guitar was a "sharkfin" pickguard, obviously in white. The black guitar was going with the band to Italy, and they presented it to the fan, again , according to Loretta. I know this is splitting hairs here but, a prototype, imho, is a new design. A Ramones Model is basically a stripped down Ventures model with slightly different exterior parts. Now if anyone can tell me the BIGGEST difference(imo) in a pm, I will acknowledge your answer, right or wrong. No prizes awarded for the correct answer
