MOSRITE JM-65 CUSTOM W / FIDDLE TAILPIECE

Postby EF@MosriteRecords » Mon Nov 09, 2009 8:29 pm

This is a photo I just found from a while back. It was taken by a friend on a Saturday
Night at THE GRAND OLE OPRY. The guitar player to my right is none other then
LEON RHODES who played for years for ERNEST TUBB. The guitar I am playing is a
Mosrite JM-65 but not a standard model. Semie cocked the Octave Neck Pick-Up the opposite direction. He seprarated the Bridge from the Tailpiece Vibrado, making it two pieces. The guitar is Alterwood which is much lighter than the standard models.
Hope you all find these special Mosrite's interesting.

Here is a photo of the end view of the JM-65 with the famous Barn Background on stage
at The Grand Ole Opry.

Aaron,
Tell me how you magnified the PIX! I could not see anything other than the
PIX that Elaine had posted, but had no way of magnifying them..... :(
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

Elaine, if you didn't tell us these Mosrite 'insiders' we would probably never know, so thank you for your input :)
