I've mentioned this several times. I thought I may as well throw on some pictures. I've owned this since the early 90's. I traded an Ovation Glen Campbell 12 string for it. My son now has it in Taiwan. I'm trying to get him to bring it back as he now uses a PRS.

I would call that a good deal!!!

Note the headstock has that swirl on the top; my 1972 Celebrity III also has that. I think that is a neat shape.

That would be a neat project, though; no doubt about it! I love the color of the pickguards on TimR's guitar, and the shapes of them are just plain snazzy.

Semie Moseley may not have been a trained artist or designer, but the man certainly had an eye for design and color, didn't he?

Well, not any kind. I've never built a hollow body. That would require building too many forming jigs.

But those Celebrities do look nice though.

It certainly is a good looking guitar. I kind of wish I could have bought the one that was just on eBay yesterday, I had to pass on it! It would fit my style better than a Mark I, I find I'm preferring very heavy strings these days and I like humbuckers too. I like guitars that roar.

Well, if that would help in making up for that other HORRIBLE $3500 'custom build' experience with 'we know who' (and it's not Ed Elliott or Terry) that everybody thinks is so great, then maybe I'd be game for doing what I can. I feel horrible about that. Enough said.
