Aah, nice Jim...the guitar too :D But seriously, the two custom pick guards do indeed look good on this beauty. Thanks for showing it!

Great looking guitar! DtM takes good care of them ... I have a new acquisiton to unveil at some point, when I'm finished with the overhaul ... Congrats on this one - she's a beaut!

Thanks, Dennis! Yes, the other Dennis knows his stuff! After all, he used to work for Ace Music in Miami.

Need I say more?!?!??!

They don't call that store the Chuck Levin's of Dade County for no good reason!

Here is the latest member to my Mosrite family:

Thanks to Jason (Busher), the broken pickguard was replaced with a vintage part in same era. My guitar repairman has done a great job setting and cleaning this guitar up. The action is just right for my playing.

The case is a non original Vox case.

Congratulations Desert Surfer! She looks great. Nice replacement on the control panel. What's the serial number of this little beauty?

Thanks, Sarah. It's K0111

BTW, the photos you post are beautiful. I like both of them. You look as cool as the guitar. (and the sunset or ocean are beautiful too)

Actually you were the one who inspired me to get a Celebrity. So many thanks.

P.S. I love Gretsch too.

Good eyes! Yeah, I put in there as the case is a little too big for the guitar. It stops the movement when I carry it.

Hey, Desert Surfer--

Sarah inspires us all! That is one beautiful guitar.

I like how these Celebrities sound even unplugged. They are a great guitar to just sit around and plunk on.

There was a guy on eBay a few years ago selling new cases shaped like that Vox one but with a gray interior, and I bought a couple.

Very handy and they stand out in a crowd.
