The problem with most people that steal guitars and other things is that ................... well................ they just don't tell us where the stuff went. :?

It's in that big federal warehouse with the Arc of the Covenant and the Holy Grail.

I work in Washington and I know these things. Can I have your next 35 paychecks, please?

Johnny had several guitars stolen through out the ramones career. hey, they were from New York... it's one of the major reasons I try to avoid using my mosrites at shows, I'd hate to see them stolen. the bassist to a band I was in, had his music man bass stolen, even though it was locked up in the van, ever since then we couldn't travel in a van that had back windows. not fun on long trips.

The good news is he found the bass, after looking for it at almost ever major pond shop in the area for about 3 years. the bad news it was in pretty bad shape. I repaired it the best could, but still, I hate to see that happen to a timeless classic.

today, they make these like low-jack for your guitar. a small gps unit that can be installed under the pick guard. I would think it would be worth the investment on a rare as pooh mosrite.
Cheers,
Aaron
