OK here is some more progress on the neck,I'm pretty much done shaping it I just need to cut the thickness of the heel down,cut the step down for the pick up, install the fret board and truss rod .I've been waiting over 3 weeks for the truss rod to arrive and of course the guy wont answer my emails very irritating,so I went ahead and cut the slot hope it fits.
So far I am real happy with it.the neck is strait and feels good.Not bad for my first neck.

yeah, really lookin good. If the neck is strat it needs some surgery, it's got a cancerious groth on the back of the neck just below the nut, needs to go.
