Mosrite Collectors

Postby Sarah93003 » Tue Mar 02, 2010 11:45 pm

I've run across a couple of websites where the person has a pretty extensive collection of Mosrite guitars. I am wondering if anyone knows of other collections out there.

There are approximately 30 or so Mosrite guitars and 2 amps. Be sure to scroll to the end.

Sarah - That first collection belongs to BobK - one of the forum members. As I recall, he has some pretty nice cars (Vipers), also, in addition to being an excellent photographer.

Doesn't Artie qualify as a collector, too?

Yes, I would say so! He has a bunch of them. I had a great visit on Saturday, although it was a bit short due to the weather. But, I intend to go back and photograpsh as many as I can.

Yes Sir! He has a white Celebrity that I photographed but would love to get up close. I never even dreamed that they would make a white Celebrity. It has yellowed with age but man-O-man is it sweet looking! There are at least 1/2 dozen Celebs and likely more once you get digging around. I could spend all day at that store!!

I know! I couldn't believe it. Artie said it was totally white years ago but it has yellowed over time. It is still beautiful!! That color now makes eleven different colors I've come across. Oh, here it is now......a very nice Celebrity-III
