Hi to everyone here,
having been a Mosrite-fan for around 15 years (because of the Ramones) I stopped sufing for Mosrite stuff some years ago after there was nothing new to find... Now some days ago I found this forum, and hey, I love it... The old fever's back.
I own a 1965 Mosrite Ventures II (B338), a Celebrity 12-string, and some old parts that are waiting for years to get used... perhaps this time is now...
Thanks a lot for this forum,
Max

Welcome to the forum Max. I would love to see pictures of your 12 string Celebrity. What serial number is it? Have a look at my website when you have a chance.

Re: Hello from Germany
Hello Sarah,
the serial number is P0055, fine condition, but it has been body, neck and electrics only and I've never really finished it: still without pickups, crummy tailpiece, selfmade bridge... A picture will follow soon...

Hi Max,
I'm guessing you have a Celebrity-II, Mark XII, 12 string, based on your serial number. It should have multi-layered binding and have a bound neck. I'd love to see pictures of it.

Re: Hello from Germany
Hey, thanks for the nice welcome...
@Sarah...: I've just checked some of the parts I have, and they include two Celebrity-necks (necks with string-guide, nothing else); here are the serial numbers for your registry:
Celebrity III 6-string guitar K0224, sunburst
Celebrity III bass Z0114, natural
You're right with the P0055 – it's a Celebrity II and it looks as the one on your website: http://www.mosritecelebrity.com/page20.html
See ya, Max

Hi Max and welcome to the Mo' Family
. The Ventures II and the Bass have my attention big time, although I
must say, you do not see that many CE-II 12 strings. What is the story on the Bass and the Ventures II???
