My "Mosrites" aka "Morales"

Sorry rynaro, I can't tell you much about the Morales brand... I found an older discussion on the forum with a little more info: http://www.mosriteforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1437

Soundwise: I'm not really sure and by far not a specialist - The Morales sounds twangy and clear and perfect for surf to me but I can't compare it to a real Mosrite just because I don't own one. I'd say the construction is really close to a Mosrite and so is the sound...

Never discount the sound/quality of some of those early copies. It might be sacrilege, but the best sounding Mosrite I have is an early 70s/late 60s Fillmore/Firstman Mosrite ... It has a bigger neck, and hotter, beefier, fuller-sounding p'ups, than any of the others I have.
