Hello,
I just joined your forum because I just bought an old Mosrite. I just turned 53 and have been playing since I am 8 years old. I took formal lessons for 10 years. I am an attorney who works for the DoD at the Pentagon and because I was having trouble finding the "main page" and had the nerve to ask your administrator for help, he accused me of being a troll spammer, whatever that is. If this is the kind of welcome I get and you have that much of a spam problem, perhaps this forum needs some work and maybe a new administrator.
Anyway, hopefully thins will fullfil my requirement as a new member.
Regards,
Mike

Mike,
Welcome to the forum. Thanks to the efforts of our administrator we have a forum that's free from trolls, spammers, and combinations thereof. I know the scrutiny isn't common on many forums, but don't take the chiding personally.
On to more pertinent matters - congratulations on your new-to-you Mosrite.

Mike, I'm sure you can stand easy now; you're under dubtrub's protection too!
There are always those who will try their level best to gate-crash Danny's party and for sure, he is standing guard, protecting his family of Mosrite fans with dedication and around the clock. Folks like him are hard to find and he deserves full recognition. I bid you welcome, sir, let's talk Mosrite

Re: My Introduction
Hey, Mike--
Another DC-area player who loves Mosrites is welcome!
Please realize Danny is a Peace Officer. If you are at the Pentagon every work day, you know there is no higher calling. Danny and his two moderators, Mel and Dennis, do their work here with class and commitment.
Not everyone who knocks on the door of this forum is worthy of admission, we have seen.
Please give us details of your Mosrite! I bet you enjoy visiting and participating in this forum. There are some real interesting members!!!
