Hi everybody. Found this forum today and liked what I saw and decided to join. I own a red '66 Ventures model (bolt on neck so MK3?) I have owned since 1980. The guitar was purchased new by my uncle who gigged with it for several years before residing under his bed for 15 years or so. It still sounds great, plays great, looks pretty good despite the wear and fade. I've been calling it Mozzy for a long time and decided it would be my user name on here. Once I get this new laptop figured out I may be able to post a pic. Glad to be a part of this community!

I'll get a new memory card for my camera and get them posted ASAP. I once did a bit of research on these guitars which is why if memory serves it's a MKlll. Bolt neck, Mosely tailpiece instead of the Vibramute, etc. I'll post the serial# too when I get the pics up.

It's a bolt neck with Mosely trem and jack in the pickguard. I posted pics on Flickr.
