Mosrite Bass on Cajun Pawn Stars

Postby zarfnober » Tue Feb 07, 2012 8:24 am

I forget the guys name, but the host of the show used to play with Barbara Mandrell and many other country artists back in the day. Someone tried to sell him what was supposed to be Barbara's old tour bus. He told his story and showed promo pics of himself, one of which had him holding a Mosrite bass, white, with duckfoot tuners. Photo went by quick and I couldn't get any other features.

Rocco, I saw that episode too. That was actually a Univox 'High Flyer' Bass, and I only caught that
after they showed his PIX again one last time..... ;) .
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

Well give me 40 lashes with a wet noodle. Like I said, it went by quick and I certainly wasn't looking for a Mosrite when the picture went by. It did look like duckfoot tuners though. Again it went by quick, and now that everyone knows what to look for, let's hope no one else has to look twice to see it. Oh well, oipunkguy needed something to brighten his day, glad I could oblige :D
